What is eHacks?


eHacks is a 36-hour hackathon in which any student has the opportunity to create something great. Teams of up to four students will be able to collaborate to come up with the best product possible. There will be prizes for the best hack of the event based on ingenuity, creativity, execution, and marketability. Engineers and recruiters from St. Louis's leading tech companies will be there to judge hacks and will also be available for students to network with. Registration is limited, so reserve your spot today!

When and Where

eHacks will start on March 8th and ends on March 10th. The event will be held at the T-Rex building located on 911 Washington Ave, St. Louis, MO 63101 on the fifth floor.


What should I bring?

A student ID, a laptop & charger, any hardware you wish to use for your hack, as well as a change of clothes and basic toiletries.


Who can participate?

Any university student can attend. All participants must be 18 and up.


Is there a cost for all this?

Participation is free for everyone thanks to the generosity of our sponsors. Meals and snacks will be available throughout the event.


I have an idea already. Can I start working on it now?

All coding must be done on the day of of the event when hacking officially starts due to fairness for everyone.


How big can my team be?

A team can have up to four people or less.


Parking?

Because of this event is in the downtown area, parking can be a bit tricky. There a is paid parking lot on the side of the T-Rex building, and street parking available for all.


What are the rules?

We will be adopting the Major League Hacking Code of Conduct.
